Here is a short guide to the services Morton Wykes Kramer can provide:

Feasibility Studies
It isn’t often that the first draft of a scheme is the final one.  Various options are required to help you explore your vision and its implications on site. These quick feasibility studies are produced at the start of the project to client’s requirements.

Planning and Building Regulation Applications
Any development which requires structural alterations or changes to the street scene may require planning and/or building regulation permission. With our extensive knowledge of these applications we are able to achieve approval quickly and efficiently.

Working Drawings
Once the architectural drawings have been approved by the client and local authority, a second set of more detailed construction drawings are produced for the contractors and specialists on site. These dictate the building fabric, position of services and will generally form the basis for the contractor’s tender.

Project Management
Ideally we like to project manage our schemes from conception right through to work on site. This ensures that the design brief is followed on site and the build deadlines are met.

Specialist Investigation and Repair
When aged buildings fail specialist investigations are required to locate the building defect. Once understood we can advise of the best course of remedial action and project manage the repairs.  We have our own resource of trusted subcontractors to ensure the right skilled people are chosen for specialist remedial work.
